What We Do
Academics
The Center for Asian Studies supports undergraduate and graduate curriculum offered by the academic schools, including the Asian Studies minor. In addition, the center also offers non-credit courses in Asian Languages for the public as well as lectures, symposia, and other educational programming.
Gong Fu Panda Camp
This three-week camp for children ages 5-15 not only builds Chinese language skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing, but also develops the specific talents in: kung fu, calligraphy, ink and water painting, tai chi fan, folk dances and more!

The CAS offers numerous opportunities for students and the public to engage with Asian culture, including lectures, concerts, festivals, art exhibitions, and other events.
